We design and remodel basements, providing basement finishing services all over North Atlanta and the Marietta Area. We can work with your designer or architect if you already have one, or give you a bid to assist you with that as well along with our free estimate.

If you have an existing estimate(s), you can fax them to us at 678.815.0572 with the prices whited out and we’ll send it back with our prices. A field visit prior to estimate is still always good as we often find items missed, offer added options, better solutions and often ways to save money or move it around so it gets you more of what you want. We can also give some ball-park numbers or a range over the phone so you have some idea before we come out.

When remodeling a basement, we focus on value, so let us know what you’re trying to accomplish and what your budget is and let us come up with a plan for your basement finishing. Once we understand what you want, we’ll write the specifications to go with the drawings and firms up the details so we have a realistic budget and time line.

Once you have the basement you’ve dreamed of, we’ll warranty it and come back for 30 day and one year warranty punch-out to make sure everything is tightened up and settling in well.
