We provide water heater repair around NW Atlanta and Marietta, GA. If it can’t be repaired, we offer water heater replacement later that day or early the following morning.

When it comes to water heater repair, we can change the thermal coupling, heating elements, thermostat or any other typical water heater repair to keep your water heater in service and save you money. We charge $75 trip & labor, plus material, to come out and do most basic water heater repairs around North Atlanta or Marietta Areas.

If you are an investor that is being asked to bring your water heater installation up to code for HUD or section 8, were very versed in both construction code and the specific requirements of those entities. Common items they request to be repaired or brought up to date include: correcting the gas venting, adding an expansion tank, re-installing it up 18″ off the floor, etc.

If for some reason, your water heater is beyond repair, we can go ahead and replace it so you won’t be long without hot water. If you need a new 40 gallon electric water heater replaced in the North Atlanta or Marietta Areas, our material & labor price would be $600 and we’ll haul off your old water heater as well.

We also install 40 gallon gas water heaters, 50 gallon electric and gas water heaters, larger light commercial water heater tanks, electric point-of-use water heaters, electric tankless water heaters and gas tankless water heaters. There aren’t many types of water heaters we don’t install and can also install whole house water purification systems and water softeners if that’s something else your looking for or interested in.

Right now with the 30% energy efficient tax-credit, we’re installing a lot of Rheem and GE 50 gallon, electric hybrid – heat pump, high efficiency water heaters. If you have an existing electric water heater, then the new install will just require moving the plumbing around a bit. If you have an existing gas water heater, you’ll need to have power run to a disconnect prior to or during your water heater replacement.

A heat pump water heater replacement or up-grade will cost you about double after you deduct the 30% tax credit, but it will save you $20-40/month if you already have a typical electric water heater that you’re replacing. If your replacing a gas water heater, you’re more likely to save $0-20/month since gas is more efficient already.
